The Grapple Factory also is host to STRIKE! Combat Academy. STRIKE! is a coaching team comprised of UFC veteran Ben Nguyen and former multi-champion pro-boxer April Adams. Together they form a dynamic coaching duo ready to provide insight and attention to detail to the next generation of fighters and enthusiasts.
Schedule a comprehensive 45 to 60 minute initial appointment with a Physiotherapist to start recovering effectively and optimising your performance. You’ll also have the opportunity to use the Grapple Factory facilities, observe classes, and get the experience of a high class athlete.
